What are CC and OC?
The commencement certificate allows construction to begin. The occupancy certificate confirms the building can be used.
Do you prepare the drawings?
Yes. Our structural and drafting team prepares the plotting, layout, detailed and working drawings.
Is MPCB consent part of this?
Yes. We prepare and follow through the consent to establish as part of the approval package.
