Common questions
Which licence do we need?
It depends on what you store or fill and how much. Gas cylinders fall under the Gas Cylinder Rules, petroleum under the Petroleum Rules and tanks under the SMPV Rules. We classify it for you.
Is a licence needed for small petroleum quantities?
Limits depend on the class of petroleum and the container. For example, the rules set specific limits for Class A, B and C storage. We check your quantities against them.
Do you handle renewals and amendments?
Yes, including changes to capacity, layout or ownership.
